The Prussians are Coming

Posted by Captain Sibourne on 17 Jan 2021, 19:12

I've been working on my Plancenoit section, adding more Prussians and generally tidying up the model. I've added about another 200 figures, but it's amazing how they get lost in the diorama. There are still too many stands showing, but these will slowly be concealed. The casualties all look a bit too pristine and most need a loose musket. Here are a few pictures:

Fantastic visuals and the ‘birds eye’ view is most impressive.

Watch out when mixing the Prussian Revell ‘miniatures’ with the larger Hat troops etc.

The Art Miniturian casualties are giants compared with them.

Brilliant work .

Best wishes,

Chris

Thanks all! Chris, a very good point - certainly the Strelets, Revell and W1815 work well together, while the bigger Hat and AM figures are best hived off. I find in these numbers this is relatively easy to do.
