One mammoth again !

Posted by stephane42 on 12 Jul 2020, 22:31

Good morning all !
I still have several projects and here is more mammoth!
I took that of Speira and I added hairs to it (not real :)) but to be more truthful because mammoths could have hairs of more than 1m ...

With a little paint ...

It remains only to make predators ...
:)
All comments are welcome of course !

Certainly a difficult task to represent the fur satisfactorily?

Looking forward to another “La Guerre du feu“-inspired scene. :yeah:

Wow how did you make the fur? PVA glue, plastic fur then dip?

Looks great, this is really a mammoth project! Now I'm waiting to see those predators ... and a complete prehistoric scene.

Good morning all!
Here is the sequel: the creation of Cro-Magnon men. the Sorcerer.

I took a shardan and cut out all the distracting parts. And I remade the clothes in milliput.

Silk tree -how creative! (and cheap). It's always great when you can use common materials to make something unexpected (like a silk tree mammoth). It really looks the part, shaggy and the right color and length. Well done.

This conversion is really clever and the result looks very good! I especially like his clothes.

Is this the famous Cro Magnon guy who was called Skully by his mates?

Very nice figures! I think Germania have some figures from this era (he sells them, don't remember if he makes them). And Leo (Phersu) also had some nice figures and animals. These look, as I said, swell!!!
