Yes an Sci-fi is in my long time plan.
But right now i get no good ideas and not enough interest for that.

Now four years later the interest is high and the idea is to use my surplus parts stock.

Beside some few items and the robot, figures all are last, spare, surplus, optional
not used parts out of my bits box.

Stay tuned.

Oh I am very excited about this project. I wholly approve of making a rigged up space base out of real spare parts. Marvelous.

Ok, ok I will do my best.
Beginning of the implantation of the segments, figures and starting the painting process.

Still need some washes, touch up here and there then dry brushing.

This looks already very nice and promising. How big will the whole scene be?

@ sberry

Good question.
I like the shape of the base. So I choose it. And for luck it is not so big.
Because a few bits are in my spare parts box but you need a lot to close four sides each apartment and the turret.

Wiking and Sci Fi. The most inventive modeller has moved into an area where anything is possible. This could go anywhere.

The alien drunk is a brilliant start; who else would think of that.

Wiking--

I really enjoy your work. Eat healthy, get plenty of excercise and fresh air, and go in for regular checkups with your physician. And keep thinking happy thoughts.

I recognize Alf. I do not recognize the blue-skinned alien just beneath him. Although she might want to bundle up--it appears to be a bit nippy where she is.

The ALF on the post earlier should be a WANTED poster.
I ask two mates at work. Non of them see it as a Wanted poster.
I use Aurebesh letters:
Wanted, dead or alive.
Non of you ignorant earthling can read one o the interstellar language.
So I chose English this time. Hope that is earthling like enough.

I am very happy that we have one Wiking here! Not sure, though, if we can handle more than one. :-D Great work as usual!
