wip FIW Compagnie de la Marine

Posted by winged hussar on 08 Oct 2019, 17:53

Hi
after a while I post my last work:
Wip- French-indian war Compagnie de la Marine (tomahawk and bayonet separate)

Here is my last piece, inspired by a subject that has always fascinated me over the years. 1/72 scale,
my dream would be to make a few more pieces and make them in metal, we'll see

Please leave comments if corrections are needed

ciao Giuseppe

French indian war Compagnies franches de la Marine

First group for hyphothetic set of Compagnies franches de la Marine in action.
The movements and poses are inspired by the scenes in action in the forests of North America.

Very nice work indeed.

They have a natural feel and the faces are great.

Well done.

I'm just thrilled...
Bautiful postures and excellent modeled figures.
These great models with the indians belonging to them

Really nice. I particularly like the officer. I was in the States last month and visited some FIW sites-this brings back nice holiday memories!

Superb job making natural proportions and poses. Each figure is elegantly realized. More! These are great.

If I may suggest their torsos and shoulders could be a tad thin.

They haven't been to the gym lately? I haven't either. Living at that time would mean that they could be a little more muscular so I agree.
