Small update, but now the next step is washing!!! I gave the ladies a male friend with a hobby :

Almost instant and very gifted conversions although drinking that blue colour wash
could have caused him a wee royal problem.

Thanks! I am terrible at conversions so I think I will try to teach him some proper way. He already knows the first part, taking apart, so it shouldn't be too hard to teach him putting together. Painting? Nah, I think I do that myself and he can wash the figures after. Will be great cooperation! And Mrs Brown is irreplaceble! Well, I don't feel like painting the same figure again. She can show up in some other form later.
