The staff has kicked the flowers, because the base is so crowded.

Those dragoons are very nice indeed.

And Zieten's command stand is terrific, great painting of the figures and horses. I really like the officer in grey, great figure.

Great looking army Jan! But please keep them on the right side of the border, or go to Arnhem with them!

Great looking Prussians! A long time ago I was toying with the idea of building a Prussian army with my Prince August molds, but I think this is much better! You do the work and I watch!

You're not allowed to lean on a spade unless you have a high-vis vest. :eh:

Here is the next painted unit. But this is an exception, because it was not part of the 1st Corps. It was not even present at Waterloo. But I have it and it was one of my early works, so I like to base it finally to present it here.

It is not a very good paintjob, But I did not want to repaint it, but leave it as it was. Have a look at the

Ostpreußisches National-Kavallerie-Regiment / East Prussian National Cavalry Regiment

On Ludwig Yorck von Wartenburg's orders, Count Lehndorff-Steinort began setting up the regiment in February 1813. 38 recruits were assigned to him; all others he had to recruit from the ranks of the non-defense. The volunteers had to bring their horses and equipment. All 833 riders came from East and West Prussia. The regiment was assigned to the Silesian Army of Blücher and fought gloriously in the Battle of Katzbach and in the Battle of Leipzig. Until the capture of Paris on 30 March 1814, it belonged to the cavalry vanguard of the Blücher army under Major General von Katzler (see Generalszug). Three squadrons of the regiment were used in 1815 to set up the Guard Hussar regiment.

The next unit for the project "1st Corps" will be the Landwehr and the artillery.

Hello Gunnar, hello friends,

I am really sorry for letting you wait so long. But here is the next unit for the 1.Korps:

3.Regiment Westphalian Landwehr 1.-3.Batallion. 3.Brigade. In the 1.Korps were also the 1. and 2. Regiment which had a shako and another jacket . So I can not use the HäT or Strelets figs, but have to swop some head or find some tin-figs.

Next figs are more artillery-men.

To be continued...

Another great unit of yours, my friend. Though, they are just fodder for my cannons and bayonets. Let more fodder come and I'll get more bayonets ready. Old guard next

Very nice photos and really good looking Landwehr troops.

Terrific painting, these guys have a real battlefield look to them. But I've seen their opposition and I think things will get noisey; the priest at Plancenoit won't be able to hear himself preach!
