An evil dwelleth within these walls... 1/72

Posted by Traveller1865 on 06 Dec 2018, 11:08

In nomeni patri et fili et spiritus sancti

December 6th 1327 A.D.

Forgive me father for I have sinned, but first I must share my earthly thoughts. As I was sitting in the scriptorium today, I could feel an apprehension among the brothers, fear, anxiety and unrest. I am now certain, an evil dwelleth within these walls. Could it be the unholy presence of the forsaken one? The unmentionable one, cast from heaven into the darkest and most foul pits?

Amen.

Another fantastic topic, Umberto Eco's "The Name of the Rose".
Love this book and I admire him & his life's work exceedingly.

Will follow your 3D concepts on this with great interest! :yeah:

Agree with Erich, this looks great! But I really want to see some of those ACWs painted and put among you other figures.

Awesome. It reminds me of another figure from Andrea miniatures but in 54mm scale.

Yes the scriptorium from "The name of the rose". But apparantly the scriptorium is a myth, the monks usually sat in their own cells doing this work. It makes sense, if you're working on illumating a manuscript, probably something that requires great concentration you want to be alone and not surrounded by others. But a great scene in a great film!

An absolutely wonderful figure and a really great idea for a scene. I look forward to seeing this progress.

I can't press "Like" for that reply, sorry. But I understand it is not up to you and thank you for the reply.

It has been changed now, postage will be calculated according to number of figures. However! There is no tracking, so keep this in mind when you order. Once you have added your figures to the cart, you get to choose shipping and you will see the shipping cost and total.
