And now for the finishing touch:
Some hooks bent from thin iron wire.
A tow cable made of copper wire.
I nicked a piece of light blue tule from some gift wrap to use for the empty cartridge collector case.
The tule was cot to size, glued to the frame using CA glue, and painted. On this scael the maze size is in fact too course, but the effect is quite nice.
The gun shield is glued to the gun.
Also the gunsight was installed. It is connected to the gun with a small piece of iron wire so it elevates up and down with the gun.
All separate parts brought together.
And with the side walls raised. Antenna mounted, tow cable installed. Finished!
