Thanks for the photos of the command figures and the Guard infantry; would the Guard infantry work for FPW, the uniforms look somewhat similar but also different in a few areas...……..I am not a purist, would love to use them to expand my growing 20mm FPW collection...………..

Fantastic figures Massimo, Wolfgang

@warrioir .. this uniform of the Imperial Guards Grenadiers was used until 1860... so they are normally not usefull for the Franco-Prussian-War ... the Imperial Guards wore a different Unirom in 1870 .. the grendiers, voltigeurs and chasseurs had nearly the same Unifom.. only a little differnce in colours...

Thanks for the information; that said, I will now probably not buy these to use with my FPW figures, I will instead buy more of the other sets of infantry, chasseurs and Zouaves instead...…………;)………………..the command foot and mounted figures are also very nice and will be added. I wonder if cavalry and artillery are coming too and if they would be of use for Franco Prussian War? Thank you again for the information on the guard figures...………………...

Hello warrior, you're welcome

Just a little more information .. the next weeks there will be a new Set of French Line Infantry (18 Poses) at Hagen... especially for the FPW .. + there will com a new Set (about 35 new Poses) of Prussian Infantry also at Hagen.. for them there will also be some different Heads (Helmets) to make different German Troops.. we plan to produce Prussian Cirassiers ... also as for the Artillery .. Germania Figures have now their Prussian Artillery Troops..

About french artillery for this time (Solferino 1859) .. they won't work for the FPW .. different uniforms... but i heard that they will produce French Chasseur d'Afrique .. and their Uniform did not change between 1859 and 1870 ..

Thanks for the information; Uwe showed the French on his blog, I look forward to buying them as well as the Prussians, I have bought a large number of figures over the years from Hagen, great service every time.
