Thank you Sanso, another angle, I placed a confident colorbearer with the stars and bars in one of the sections...

Great to see! I have a little town they can march through! Or do they want a forest?

Your ACW stuff is very inspiring. I'll look forward to anything else you post.

Like it a lot! That pipesmoker is one of my favourite poses, but maybe, sitting as he does, he could sit on a fence or a barrell or something? Agree with Donald, it is VERY inspiring!

thank you ochoin and susofrick, yes I think he is better for other position than on a rolling vehicle in the midst of a battle! Otherwise the set is really great, a full 6 horse team but it was very fiddly to put together, had to resort to using a glue gun with mixed results. Next time I will do better but this set is becoming scarce and a bit more expensive, hoping for a reissue.

I'm assuming you chaps don't many pipe smokers. My dad was once enticed onto a roller coaster & had his pipe clenched between his teeth the whole time, including upside down.

Well, I was thinking of the driver getting the smoke in his eyes. Seen some smokepipers and they don't let go! :-D Dad (once a pipesmoker) used to call it his comforter).

Come September, my pals & I should have our first ACW wargame.
It's been a long time coming & I've sent them links to Traveller's posts as an incentive.

Sadly, none of us smoke pipes (though one does smoke hams).

Completed some new RSM figures...General Meade in background. These will be positioned behind the stonewall at the angle.

As you've already seen in my other thread I'm finally starting to use 3D printing in my projects, the ACW is no exception. Here are some examples of the 3D models, a few of these have been printed, more pics soon.
