My supernatural skill :thumbup:, the force is with me ! 8) shrink :drool: immediately by telling you that I use simply the Miniart segment house. In my chosen configuration. Very easy. A bit like the well known colorful plastic bricks who attended our youth.
With some additions to cover the most gaps by gluing the segments together. V-shape each step (crack some :mad: ) in the middle before glue it on. Use the one and only hairdryer :mrgreen: to bend the rooftop. Some flakes, paint here and there. Then I bought me a new hand brush !

But finally there is nothing new to your knowledge, skill.
