Hello Mr Fred. I have just spotted your explanation of the roundels. My eyesight must be going as I thought the box art was dark blue!

I thought that the Belgian airforce was neutralised in 1914 but a little light research proves that it was a small but effective part of the Allied team throughout the war.

Mr Wiking is an excellent modeller with lots of ideas, some perhaps veering towards ' bonkerishness' in a very constructive way.

Best wishes,

Chris

I think 'veering' is a little bit of understatement Chis. :-D

I hate to think, "What`s in that bottle?" So i shall not.
Still lots of room left on the street, wide open buildings ,and up is always free space to use.

Perhaps a basket lowered down through a cloud from a Zeppelin with the Kaiser peering over the side?

The Milkman: Ernie, would make a great super fast saluting British secret agent, disguised as a mannequin. The contents of his bottles marked 007 would be shaken and not stirred.

A great thought provoking epic. Keep it coming Wiking.
i wonder what will come next? ;-) BB

No Zeppelin. To avoid Lakehurst in my hobby room.

:sst: "come on guys the mains water is still on, and up and running."
:winky: " Everyone would be very keen to jump into that bath tub."

 "Burst pipes under the street would be wickedly funny."
:-D " Yah! And shooting water spouts high enough to catch a rainbow."

:cowboy: " Yip! And high enough to shoot down that mischievous Kaiser,
in that basket lowered from such an ominous cloud."

:coffee: "As long as there`s a few drops left a dripping to fill up the tea kettle!"

Keep those colourful little updates coming Wiking. BB

I like how the soldiers are looking towards the bathing nurses with great interest. Luckily the hung sheet is protecting the women's dignity!

Hm, this erotic scene of yours seems to be getting a bit out of hand. It is slowly becoming the focus point of your diorama. May be you should rename it 'The Turkish Bath', or so. ;-)
