My new project

Nice, detailed painting of all three figures.
I like the set where the playing kids are in.
The one who look into the sky did he see a pusher plane?

Good work Gunnar. I'm happy you paint again. ;-)

I think we all should stop posting pictures and start describing our work with words. That would solve picture problems :xd:

Thanks for the comments! And I really do think Dali is right! He IS happy I'm painting again! :-D And I think the guy looking to the sky is mad at Wiking's low-flying planes. :-D

If he had a sword in his hand the guy with the raised arm would really work for me as a legendary knight who has woken from a long sleep and is rising to save his country. Nicely painted figures.

Even when it was working I found Tinypic didn't work a lot of the time. Sometimes I had to try for a couple of days to upload a photo, I kept getting messages saying "service not available".

When they shut it down altogether one of the guys at the HaT forum suggested using Imgur and that worked a treat. Six photos uploaded and posted all in the same evening

My tinypics account owned by those photo bucket pirates is still active,as is the proof buzzing overhead, but it is a honey pot of my pictures that i do not use or add to it. However for this presentation i did.

If long term supporting members cannot place pictures to their topics, there will be no topics, and the heart and inspiration will be cut out of this Forum as they one by one gradually give up and silently disappear from view.
The old saying ," Out of sight,Out of mind",seems apt to quote here. We can ill afford to lose them.

Others no longer post here for other epic reasons, and I miss their worthwhile colorful banter.
That is a sure fired fact.

Come on Gunnar, find a way to free-post your pictures alongside your unique storybook tales of ripping yarns. After all you are the Librarian! ___ and you friendly-like inspire. BB

On the third try I got it right. .... wait a minute now! This shall be medieval! Boxers weren't invented until around 1900! Must be some kind of boxer rebellion here! Well the other pics show two of Ålla's guests and I'm working on the rest of them. Also thinking about how I will be able to paint Leo's cats, they are TINY! VERY tiny! But cute! :-D Torsten's dogs is no problem, but they are cute too! :-D

Two more of Ålla's guests are finished. Going well, but I have to make a cavewall too. :eh: Well, I go on with the figures at the moment. This is a figure-forum so the wall can wait a little. :-)

Maybe in the realms of medieval fantasy the Boxer just appeared from some kind of Gunnar sorcery put into place from the far North Lands of The Midday Sun.
:sst: " and like the bouncing tigger of old sing along tales, this boxer ___ he is the only one."
 "Ya! i like that." ___ :eh: "Eh! i`m confused", mentioned Wingnut."
:read: " So The Librarian is now picture posting again?" Asked the ever hungry Bookworm.
:coffee:" Yes and it`s great because we can bounce and follow along."
:sst: " if we would like too."____________"Well said little button." BB

A simple throw away cave face can be made with cooking foil,or a smaller one to keep.
My topic on Tutorials, might be of help to you Gunnar?

It allows the individual artist author concerned to create their own kind of thing. BB

Finished two more knights. Will paint two more and the rest of the guests will probably come from my stash of already painted figures. Lazy? Yes! :-D :-D :-D :coffee: :coffee: :coffee:

Hmm, looks like the two elderly gentlemen are trying to hold hands

Yup, definitely! Probably shocked by the appearance of the waitress. But a troll also must make a living!

The famed Swedish ,`Knights of The Oblong Table',
are certainly taking colourful shape Gunnar. I like them all.
i was wondering because i think a lot,if their swords might have names?
Will there be dwarves in this Swedish what not tale?
To help make ends meet, is that Troll of a mother in law now waitressing upon table?
And bringing flagons of ale fit for all the kings men? Eventually that is?
:sst: "and will this Alla, sing a song along too? "

Often i find adventures need pondering upon in a wishful bottle top way. :-D BB

Painting is good.
Dish and bench do a bit silvering.
Size of the beer mugs is bigger as in Germany!

Alla and her outfit looks like as an import from Africa.

Re. the size of the beer mugs, Alla obviously knows how to make herself look more attractive.Image

I like the two old guys, the painting of the 'white' clothing and chainmail is very good.

I realise that's a tunic under the armour but the chap with the white beard looks like he's wearing a mail shirt with an apron tied around it. at first sight I thought he looked like the barman from a really rough pub.
