Roman baths female figures (warning-nudity)

Posted by Phersu on 25 Feb 2017, 01:17

Within the several works I'm bringing ahead... once again there is also another miniset of naked female figures! :winky:
This time in relaxing poses for a Roman bath scenery... despite the historical "birthday suit" costume make them suitable also for other sceneries, through the centuries till a modern nudist beach!

Despite some improvementes and further resculpting (I keep try to improve my skills) you can see that some are conversions of the female dollies I sculpted last year, very useful base bodies produced from Hagen in metal... and co-produced in resin (despite very limited) as home made resin casting on request from me. ;-)

Not too bad. I would say their shoulders should be a bit smaller. They look like linebackers a bit too much. I think a lither and more slender figure would be pleasing, but that could be down to personal preference. My favorite is the woman with kneeling with her knees together...

What is said about shoulders is right. And maybe the effects of gravity should be respected a little bit more. It will make them more real and sexy.
Something different: Why warning for nudity? But nobody warns for cruelty and violence, whjch are really more dangerous. But they are seen here constantly.

What a great observation. I couldn't agree more. But I think that is a problem with our world, not this forum only. When our kids can watch crime series with lots of murders in the evening and sexual explicit contents (I'm not talking about porn) are forbidden around that time when killing is showed :eh: .

Again nice done. :yeah:
I think all poses are very usable. And as

For me too.
All pose look natural to me. Improvements are always possible.
But the options are only with 1/87 figures. And they are in a 1/72 Dio far too small.
The only critic that I can find is missing in these set are the teens, child, and experienced women. ;-)

And the most important of this set is that you can use it in all time frames. Ok, around stone age maybe not so much. :-D

Thank you my friends!

Yes, I improved a bit some things, but despite the big difference from my first naked figures attempt, the progressive progress in my... "unclassied X" sets!
And further improvements of the naked Female Dollies set I sculpted last year... I still have much to learn, starting from how to sculpt or correct some missproportions and anatomic details. :sweatdrop:
But I don't give up and keep trying! ;-)

I keep trying and a bit at time get close to to a good standard outcome, and i begin to be quite satisfied of some parts, :winky: but I should put my efforth to make less body-builders shoulders...
And there are many other things to enhance and improve in my sculpting... like different body ages and sizes indeed, which I'd like to learn to do too, and are still missing or nearly absent at all in the miniatures range! :yeah:

When I look your new work the first time, my first emotion is that I like them very much.
My favorite also is the kneeling lady but not only.
When I read the comments for the shoulders, I concentrated on this but I still like them the same! :-D
