Ming Chinese Troops

This kind of dress are allover those two pairs of long picture scroll in data folder. It was more ceremonial and ornamental armour than combat armor( red tassel on shoulders and weapon were only possible used in ceremony:It's too gorgeous).Remove the mentioned things in parenthese, is a set of middle-late general armor

A captain usually dress as this below:
(The rivet mats on the thigh were optional armor ) :-)

About the body-guard, I should mention that :
The emperor in one of long picture scroll was just Wanli(Wearing armor on the gorgeous hourse) 明神宗朱翊钧(1563年-1620年)He didn't equipped with that Chain mail and saucer helmet. Of course, he was young at that time.
Image
The emperor Wanli hadn't stepped out the Forbidden City gate in his life's last 30 years.   Impossible to attend any military parade. :xd:
From the results of the archaeological, he was suffered serious leg disease, may be a lame man. :eh:

The only error of these picture was →_→the amount of the peach shape slices on the belt ,both left-side and right-side should be three pieces instead of two pieces :-D

Yes, I tried to reproduce the figure from that image, and from the draws from Lirui which I think are inspired from the same picture! ;-)
