Sorry for the late reply, it's a good start if this is a 24 pdr gun.
the overal length of the gun is 353cm so 4,9cm in 1/72 scale.
the volée seems short, it should be 175cm so 2,4 cm in 1/72
Moldings are too thick and are not simple rings (see below)

The trunnions should have reinforces and be a little bit lower, see the cut below and the photo

I could seems always unsatisfied but I admire your work and just want to improve with what I can provide, these are not bad commentaries, at all ;-)

Keep in mind, it's not a regular wagon, maybe more an improvised one, I would say it's approximatively the size of a caisson, maybe a little bit shorter something between 2,5 meters and 3 meters (so btw 3,5cm 4cm in 72nd scale).

I will send you the measurement of the fortress when I will be back from holiday next week

Most needed Napoleonic figures...
It’s no secret I plea for dead and wounded figures for decades. No over dramatic poses, but poses you can by in a certain quantity. And preferably for popular ranges already out.
French, British and Prussians for Waterloo.
Russians and French for 1812.
Austrians (late).
And perhaps some Spanish.
Also a lot of French guard grenadier sets already out, so that would be a nice addition.
Anyway, generic or not, guard or light infantry sets or just fusiliers: any dead men are better than no dead men on the battlefields at all (and I mean on my dioramas of course).
As mentioned before I too read that Franznap will produce French guard sets.
Regards!

Hi Traveler1865, Napoleonic era Austrian Hussars and Uhlans would be nice (converting ESCI Polish lancers is no small task). Any siege artillery from the same period would also be fantastic. I forgot to mention French Marins de la garde!

Casualties, both human and animals are definitely in the planning, it's about time it gets done.

Traveller 1865 - the weapon above would not be suitable for Napoleonic British troops as British muskets did not have bands over the barrel.
In terms of what is missing that would be bought in quantity- I would say, very little.... I would be interested in figures for Wellington's Indian campaign if produced in plastic.
