Qualiticast ?

Posted by zulu`s 1000`s of em on 29 Dec 2015, 22:00

For some years now I have been trying to track down the owners of Qualiticast, they did some superb Zulu war stuff , Zulu`s in particular , I have some but would like lots more. In the past including the very recent past I have written enclosing a SAE to the address on their packaging, sadly I have never had a reply of any kind. Does anyone know what became of their moulds or where I could get in contact with the owners.

Thanks Paul, on TMP they say this company is no longer trading too, I emailed them a few years back and had no reply, if someone can confirm they still are trading I will try again. The moulds must be somewhere ?

Well my quest was not in vain, I made contact with Richard, the owner of Qualiticast, he very kindly sold me the last of his Zulu`s he had. Unfortunately he has to date no plans to resurrect Qualiticast, and that is a shame, but things in time change and I hope this is one that does too.

Sad thing with qualiticast. They made nice models. My personal favourites are the Wild West models of their ACW and Plains Wars series

Hi all, I recently started going through a massive collection of 1/72 Qualiticast figures....mostly Naps, Colonial (S Africa), and Pony Wars. Not sure I will keep them all, or if I might unload the entire collection. Just wondering if there is still any demand for these wonderfully sculpted minis?

Demand may increase if you show some pics.

Well if you are the only interested party that may mean something...

As for pics, haven't had time yet but like I said I have loads of them. :)

Hello,

I'm a new member, just joined, but would also be interested in any Qualiticast figures you no longer want or are thinking of parting with.

In my own collections I use their Napolenics, ACW and Colonial figure but alas didn't get enough to finish some units!

Thanks
Paul

Yes, I have both Colonial and Naps models....but you need to let me know what exactly your after. My thinking is I would rather sell off what I have as units opposed to the odd pack here and there. Please no time wasters as I don't have the time to spare. IM me if you want. :)

Hi - I'm new to the forum so I don't know if my pm worked but I collect 20mm Napoleonic Qualiticast and may be interested in all your figures.
