I bought lots of those Hat boxes of French Infantry only to find the wrong style of figures installed inside them.So yes I bought marching figures only to find action poses inside.
:sst: unlucky or what bb?
:coffee: Yes it`s a Gift I have I guess.
 If something is wrong BB, always gets it.
:winky: Were is the quality control these days?
:cowboy:A bit like buying a horse only to find it has only three legs.
:coffee: I always smile upon these things eventually. BB

Does a box of Austrian Cuirassiers with 3 sprues of Cuirassiers and one sprue of KGL Light Dragoons count?

Absolutely.

I have bought the Borodina Set from Strelets and inside were the Husars in Winterdress and not the summer uniform.

I bought the Strelets Boers and found the box contained Caeser Biblical Era Libyans. Sometimes I buy a set because I want one of the figures; but that was the only time I bought two boxes of a set to get one fig.

The bag full of Caeser Libyan bonus figures are very nice though.

Sold as OO ( 1.76/20mm) I still find them on the small size with the 20mm Newline.

There again they'll not be sitting next to the troops, a suicidal pose that one

The young ones are a bit smaller.

And there usually are lots of young ones.

Luckily I have some larger metal ones so they can be the youngsters. MrsG said to reduce the ears and they could be hamsters or guinea pigs
I suppose they could be used for forced perspective if the Dio is large enough :-D

:coffee: I wonder how large saber-tooth bunnies would be in 1/76 scale?
I remember seeing dancing pink bunnies after eating magic mushrooms.
 Out in the North-Land of the mid-day sun perhaps Gunnar still does? BB

I haven't picked up a paintbrush since December, but that doesn't stop me adding to the collection for future projects (I'll get to them one day!). Got these all for a reasonable price, and although the Americans are horrible figures, they are useful for casualties!

Just got a few Elhiem figures. Some various agents, gangsters and soldiers.
Very happy with them as they fit rather nicely with my plastic collection.

There is certainly lots of great stuff to add to all your stashes my friends. May you always enjoy that certain thrill of having them even if they stand unpainted within their box. :coffee: BB
