Thanks for using pictures to explain the construction process for your diorama's dragon, Wiking. It seems very simple, but I can imagine the effort involved, especially when it came to placing the scales.

Thank you for those WIP pictures!
I am curious what sort of putty you have used. It is not Green Stuff, obviously.

@ sberry
I own that putty for so many years in a simple plastic bag that I ca`t remember the maker.
I think it was an Italian one.

Very interesting Wiking. I had a dragon period a few years back and still have a 5 headed Tiamat model to finish putting together. Those scales must have been difficult to create and after throwing away a large piece of Salmon skin tonight you gave me an idea - to cure the skin with salt then apply to the model. Might smell for a while but should make nice scales. I may have to try that sometime.
Cheers.

:coffee: i guess cool Dragon like things can eventually become much hotter in more ways than just one. Oddly this reminded me of the time that i made my first heart throbbing parachute jump which i did, gaining my wings. Looking as i do thoughtfully way to much i see your creation also gained it's little wings and perhaps it's fiery breath too?

Well Done Wiking  i believe u are as crazy as me. BB.
