Painting blond hair

I'm not sure wether this question already has been answered, but can any one tell me how to paint (light) blond hair?

For my Indian Fighters of 1855 in the group build for FIGZ 2017 I threw a few blondies in there. I recall using Vallejo Medium Flesh tone, then adding some white to that color for highlights. They ended up looking decent. You could also start with Beige Brown and build up to Iraqui Sand. Good luck and post your results!

yellow base with a very thin Vallejo gold dry brush.
If it is for your taste too shine use a fine tip of white to break glimmer areas.
You see there is a rough hair area I do that.
I don`t know how it will work with hair in a flat style.
