Have you tried to make an animated GIF from this series? This would probably look very interesting.
Best regards, Stephan

I`ve got the wire, and all the stuff needed.
Even self made tools, but alas no natural aptitude for such a task.

With Fingers & Thumbs and Wire and Greenstuff,I did manage to make these.
I only wish I could remember why,and what they are for.
Perhaps you guys might well know, and so can jog my memory? BB

I couldn’t resist, the idea of making an animated GIF from the nice picture series was too alluring. This is the result, with Alex’ kind permission:

In my Topsy Turvy way ,Having just bought some more,I thought I`d add a little something here.

Image

For my Dollies without Dummy`s! I buy these cheap railway people at £2.87 for 100. Free Post from China.

Using wire pins, and P V A Glue I remodel them trying to create little unique characters in each pose. The first two poses are Dapol figures with newspapers added. I copied real newpapers from back in the day,1950`s,and then shrunk them down using my P C & Printer! Etcentric? Yes,thats little Me.
All the rest were made from some of those in the middle row of cheap plastic figures. From left to right bottom line, The three Fishing Pals, one eating a Jam Butty and sipping sweet tea, he in his simple complex way reminds me,of Me! Next Dear Old George the Blind Man,tapping his way around. He is very famous for his role,in The Dalek story`s. He even receives Fan Mail which I have to read, The Teddy Boy, from the 1950`s , and The two Barge Men,the first recently seen on his Narrow Boat, and the other one smoking his favourate Pipe! The School Girl,on the top row is a conversion of a School Boy,who`s legs I shaved down, added a paper dress , bag and hat too. No, He did not mind at all.
At less than 3p a figure,I am able to created my little Hamlet Town of Honeywell.BB
