first of all, always feeling sorry about the imposibility of attending those meetings as i am a couple of 1000 kms away .....

about the new boxes? get rid of the old ones ,hide the figures , and always keep the same amount :D:D:D:D

That always worked for me, I'd strip the figures off the sprue at work and then bring them home in a plastic bag.

The three princes partook of buying small statuettes of historical importance, then of a brown brew that has the name of "coffe" whilst talking about flowers and awaiting the appearance of the one they call Valion, who even though the princes are so obviously handsome as to be unmistakable amongst the common folk of this town, he missed them. They did not know that the one known as "Brushpunk" would be present. Then they did on the hour of 13.30,or around abouts, untether their steeds and rode back to their followers to loudly proclaim their various deeds"
