At some point my mind could no longer process those stunning works.

I really like the Roger Rabbit one and the guy sitting on his couch with his remote and drinking JD.

Stunning work!
Looks to me like a lot of talented painters met there.
I love the witch with the apple.

I like the live painting demonstration with the work displayed on the big screen. That's really cool!

Glad it was picture heavy! It's a joy to look at all that creative work. 2020 was the year of the Joker apparently.

Awesome work! I particularly liked the Ronald Mcdonald version of the Joker--never thought about it before but there are some similarities...

Question (I know next to nothing about how the Black Queen setup works). I noticed there were several versions of the witch and Joker busts. Is that a special sponsored figure competition, coincidental submission of different versions of the same figure, or something else?

Have the same question as Pocho. Looks like a great event with many great talented painters! Cool to get to see! Thanks! I like the Italian scene a lot, but there is A LOT of good stuff!

Thanks guys. Here are some explanations:

Our club (Agram) frequently organizes workshops. For about 30-50€ (I don't know exact price) you get 1-2 days of painting training and you can keep miniature you've been working on. Latest was with LOTR wargs. One of former workshop was with Joker bust. That's why there were so many Jokers on this competition.

Regarding witches, my friends (two admins of our Facebook group) had duel with that witch bust. That explains two witches.

I hope I've answered all your questions. If I haven't please let me know.
Cheers.

Yes, I got 4 entries in 2 categories. And I won 1 bronze medal for my Ahsoka Tano single mini. We had only one shop there but shopping was great. All in all, it was good day.

Nah, we're not that good painters. We just know how to fix pictures in Photoshop :xd: :xd: :xd:

Hello Dalibor,
i would like to add my respect for organizing a special day in our complicated times. There are a lot of fantastic pieces of art. Of course I discovered your work, you already presented here. But I really love as well the post apocalyptic warrior in the canalsystem with the green light for example. And also the little robot or astronaut looking in the mirror.
Thanks for sharing some glimps of your event.
