Today i visited the tankmuseum in munster!

Was very interesting, to see all of these ''monsters' in reallife!

Wow, amazing. I have to visit this museum by myself one day....perhaps when my son is a little bit older :-)

Tank museum in Munster ?, never heard of it until now and it´s just down the road from me.! thanks for the tip. Are the suits of armour to show the development of armour (Panzerung) through the ages?

It is on a military base. Very nice museum, visited it once when I was in the army, sort of a "school trip" to our eastern neighbours :-D

Hi,
I visited the website.
Now I understand why I didn't hear of it before.
When I was in the army (draft) in 1982 it wasn't there: founded in 1983.
I spend several weeks around Munster (area Munster-Süd) with the artillery unit I was in. Drove round a lot over there.

bloody, I've been in Münster twice, and never knew about this. Well, it seems I'll need to go to Münster for the third time:)

Yeah, Munster, Lüneburger Heath, not far from where the Dutch military base was/is.
