Crisis Antwerpen Belgium 03-11-2012

Posted by Dad's Army on 04 Nov 2012, 17:42

Yesterday Jurrian and I went to Belgium, 200 km and it was worth a long drive.
Personal I did not take any pictures, but you can get a good impressium here:
http://dhcwargamesblog.wordpress.com/20 ... re-report/
(thanks Paul for the link)

This year it was in a new location, the road to it was bad, lots of coblestones, and the parkingspace was not the best in the world, but entering the building there was lost to see.
Traders, gamers and even a secondhand selling place.
The most funny I did see was a Zulu wargame.
The guys from these game where wearing a white helmet, and you could play against them but have to whear a zulu sort of ring on your head. It made me laugh a lot.

Also nice to see some guys I haven't seen a while, and also the others.
Its been a long day, but I did enjoy it al lot (and so did Jur)

Too bad I couldn't be there. :crybaby:
It will always stay the same: it is held in the first week of November: that is our celebration week: my two kids and my partner have their birthdays  then.
