Which kind? I'm assuming you're talking about the 251, but there's the 250, the 7, the 222, the 9, the 234, the 2, the 252, the 10, etc  :joker:

Hi
Either way, definitely Italeri, Dragon, Ace Models or Revell. If you want nice price and pretty awesome detail, definitely Italeri or Revell. If you want a very high level of detail and photoetch parts and many decal options but on the expensive side, pick Dragon. If you want adequate detail, some multimedia but rare and unusual subjects, pick Ace Models.

...or, if you need quick-build sd. kfz. 251 for wargaming, there are the Hat/Armourfast ones (2-in-a-box) : http://armourfast.com/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=19

Try to remember that the photos on the site do not reflect the appearance of the actual model, I've used armourfast before and they require much addition of detail like stowage. They are quite bare and basic.
