Belgian uniform WWI

Posted by Susofrick on 17 Feb 2016, 08:47

Hi! I'm planning to paint some Belgian WWI-figures for our group build. I'm cheating and using Airfix' old French WWI-figures and my hobby/toystore only carry GW-paint, so what GW-paint should be best for these figures?

Regards

Gunnar

Gunnar, later you will put a picture of a book I have but the uniform is very similar to the color of English infantry.

Thanks, Santi. I searched a little on the net now and saw a couple of of pictures and realized I have two books with pictures of them, so some kind of khaki then. Haven't finished my Medevils yet, but after them I'll start with my other two groupbuilds-projects. Which GW-paint do you think would be best for this? As I said, that's the only brand my toystore have.

I would have guessed Balor Brown or Tau Light Ochre, but they are maybe too dark?
