Who is this figure?

Well guys, as a few of you know I am active to paint some Asterix figures as you can see on my blog: http://sjemco.blogspot.com

But I got one figure who isn't from the Asterix series.
And now I was woundering if someone knows from what comic or movie he is?

Of course I will paint this unknown guy (who looks like Benno ) ...
so who can give me some information about him?

Is there really no one who knows this figure?

By the look on his face, I can say he is from France Belgian comic, probably Cedric...I guess...

Agree partly with Emperor. Franco-Belgian comics figure seems correct, but I think it is older than Cedric.

I agree, as far as I know ther is nobody in the Cedric comic with glasses.
The stupid part is, I can't find anything on the web so far...

On Facebook someone told me he could be Brains from the Thunderbirds.
But was there a plastic 3cm series from the thunderbirds....

I'm familiar with most of comics Franco Belgian, American, Japanese, Italian...Funny thing about Franco Belgian, beside realistic style like Le Scorpion, that I love to read, it that dynamic style and schematic style of bande dessinee don' t have en face as we call it...Only half portrait...

Remco,It seem`s it`s not to hard,it is near impossible to find him. I thought he looked a little like Penfold,of Danger Mouse fame! However Penfold has rounded spec`s and wears a tie. I have gone through lot`s of picture galleries and could not spot him anywhere.However now and again,I will try to search him out.
He is quite a Mystery! Perhaps the old saying," Good things come in three`s ",is not the case here, you may infact have the only good one. Have Fun. BB
