Germans Soldiers 1/35 - color reference needed

Hello everybody,
My name is Geoffrey.
I want to know what number of vallejo paint i need to paint my German soldiers scale 1/35
it includs machine guns, mp40 stg44 and kar98''

i hope you can help me out.

This is a trick question, since it all depends to give a few examples: the theater, unit you are portraying, camouflage or use of Zeltbahn, so if you can give us a bit more of information so we can help you more easily. :-)

So after seeing your photo of stuff to built and paint i give you the guidelines to the uniforms, and this is for the initial stages of WW2.

Heer

Uniforms - German Field Gray 830
Collar - Deep Green 970
Boots / Webbing - Black 950 or German Black Brow 822
Haversack - Deck Tan 986
Canteen - German Black Brown 822 or Mahogany Brown 846
Mess Tin - Olive Green 967
Gas mask Can - Neutral Gray 922
Helmet - German Grey 955

From 1939/1940

Tunic - German uniform 920
Trousers - Neutral grey 992
Webbing - Black 950
Ordinance - Green Yellow Olive 892
Field Cap - German field grey WWII 830
Helmet - Olive Green 967
Tunic Collar - Black green 980

Fallschirmjäger - 1939-1940

Helmet - German Grey 995
Smock/Helmet Cover - Green Grey 886
Trousers/Pouches - Field Grey 830
Bread Bag - German Grey 995
Webbing/Pouches/Water Bottles/Holsters - Chocolate Brown 872

And try to get color pictures too. Paint small things where it's hard to reach after the figure is finished first.

Not nescesaryly first, Geoffrey. You have to play a little bit with it, to find out what suits you the best, although I have to be hunest that I am not an expert in 1/35 scale. I am a 1/72 guy.

Metal parts - Dark Grey 994

See Geoffrey i said all you need is ask for help. These guys will advise you well on how to paint a Tank. So much so that when it is finished ( like my own troubles it will look like it is in a military march with salutes .) i think you can clearly understand now. With all the help you`ll receive from these guys. Just tongue in cheek now Geoffrey, i am perfectly well now with no real problems in the way i paint so i need no help now.
