Problem with vallejo games white paint

I recently bought vallejo dead white game color...When I painted figures with it, it gives result that I'm not satesfied, the paint look not very smooth...So what should I do, in what proportion should I add thinner in my case destilated water?

throw it away and buy another same quality but cheaper brand

I use Valleho Model Color White and Aero White - so I've got the same problem... I mix them with water and wash liquid and paint figures few thin layers rather than one thick.
