Spitfire kit question

Posted by ZachB on 04 Sep 2012, 12:02

I would just like to ask the experts here what they feel is the best Spitfire kit on the market. I'm not an aircraft guy, I'm an armor guy. I'm looking for something that has good detail but also great engineering I want something that doesn't have any fit issues. What would you guys recommend?? :? :?

I would assume you are looking into 1/72. If so I would highly recommend a Hasegawa kit. I have had only 1 experience with a Spitfire in 1/72 and I was very happy.

not a plane guy but not to long ago someone give me the new airfix spitfire, easy to built, no problems, not a clue if the version is right or that it has any mistakes.
