Hi Guys,

I am stunned.

How do you guys create the static grass on your basings? It looks so great!

I keep things simple :-)
After painting the base with diluted PVA-glue (e.g. Ponal) I use a squeeze-bottle filled with the grass and squeeze it on the wet glue. After drying I I remove the surplus and use a dull spray varnish for more stability ...

You can easily make your own static grass applicator:

Guy is pretty sloppy and talks too much but you'll get the idea :-D

It is very easy and you do not need to be some kind of expert in electronics :-D

Mine cost were less than 7 euros and I'm very happy with static grass tufts I made.

Like von Auerbergh, I use watered down PVA, then apply a large clump of the grass. I tap off the surplus then blow on it to make it stand up.

I use the PVA glu was as well, to make a static grass machine would be to much work for so less grass.
Personal I think that is only handy making big grass scenes!
